We’re back and better than ever, and boy did we get back in the nick of time, just as the country is going into a recession. I was reviewing some of our past publications and I was amazed at how we had seen a lot of this coming. It’s like the writing was on the wall and all we had to do was print it.
This month's issue is focused on how to take advantage of Investment Strategies in a Buyer’s Market. Much of America is seeing a major change in their real estate market. For most, it’s become a buyer’s market; yet other areas have just seen a slow down in sales without super dramatic drops in prices. Do your research and determine which market cycle your backyard is in. I’m one of those who believe that it’s always a good time to invest in real estate, as long as you use the proper techniques for the times, but now is truly the time to get involved in real estate.
