Fractional ownership, the time-share of the 21st Century, or is it? When we set out to create our editorial calendar for the year, we do our best to think ahead and foresee what topics will be most relevant to you, our readers. As we prepared this months’ issue, I was surprised to see our “Contributor of the Month”, Debra Jo Bright, take this month’s theme and come up with a fabulous “out of the box” solution to a dilemma many real estate investors are having. Instead of sticking her head in the sand, Debra Jo has enabled herself to overcome a seemingly impossible obstacle and created a win-win idea. We look forward to having her on our tele-conference series in the near future.
