Partnerships can either be a detriment or the leverage you need to explode your real estate investing career. We’ve all heard the horror stories of partnerships gone awry and the bitterness and hatred that evolve from these break-ups, but this does not always have to be the case. This month’s REIP Contributor of the Month and my partner in business and life, Sharon Restrepo, shares how to find the right partner for your real estate investing business.
