Rehabbing has been and will probably be for a long time one of the most popular and effective ways of creating powerful profits if you know what you’re doing. Most new investors go at it all wrong, they underestimate the cost of repairs and most importantly the time it takes to complete the rehab project. We’ve been blessed to have one of the best in the business of rehabbing contribute to REIP since its inception.
