Almost all real estate investors start off by wholesaling or bird dogging properties and making “quick cash” fee income. Shortly afterwards, they “move up” the food chain by looking at more “quick cash” type strategies such as Pre-Foreclosures, Short Sales, Rehabbing and Sub-2 Lease/Options.
