On our recent retreat to Paris, France and Brugge, Belgium, it seemed that I was the only man in all of Europe wearing shorts. Those of you that know me... know me. So, it got me thinkin’. Many men wear shorts for many a valiant reason, even before you were born. Men who have fought, taught, researched, explored, spelunked, negotiated and even played with their children in shorts. I hope only to carry on such a noble tradition even if I am the only one in Europe doing it.
