Elmer Diaz is President and CEO of The Tuscany Companies, a real estate acquisition and development firm in Houston, Texas. Since 1984 until the present, Elmer Diaz has been active in acquisition, development, financing, and equity placement of income producing properties in the following states; Texas, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
His experience covers a wide range of real estate, including syndication of new and existing residential and commercial properties; Real Estate development, construction, management, leasing and resale of residential and commercial properties.
Elmer Diaz earned a BS Degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorates Degree from La Salle University.
Elmer's other business affiliations, past and present, including membership in local and national real estate trade groups, including the National Real Estate Investors Association and Brazos Valley Real Estate Investors Association. He is past president of both of these organizations. The Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI), the National Association of Home Builders, the Urban Land Institute (ULI)
Elmer Diaz is a noted Author, Publisher, and National Lecturer on Creative Real Estate, Small Business, and Personal Finance topics.
