Judy Friedmar has been a part of the South Florida real estate community for over 25 years. Upon her relocation to Florida from the Northeast, she began her career in real estate as a realtor. Utilizing her academic background, she taught the real estate licensing course which is the educational requirement all real estate agents are required to successfully complete in order to obtain licensing in Florida. Her involvement in training and educating newly licensed agents fueled her interest in the resources and tools available in the marketplace. That experience was the driving force to segue into the real estate information segment of the industry and thus beginning a 20+ year career in the data business.

Judy joined RealEstat.com, Inc 4 years ago as a Senior Account Executive. Her responsibilities include the sales and marketing of the RealEstat.com Tax Roll, Foreclosure and Mortgage Leads Services. She has been actively involved in the investor community since the inception of all of the REIA groups in South Florida. Her continued support and knowledge of the industry makes her a valuable resource in the South Florida market.
