Marge Coffing is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and educator whose interest in creative real estate has stretched from coast to coast. She was born in Ohio, grew up near Albany, New York, was educated in western Massachusetts, lived in both southern and northern California, back to Massachusetts, then back to Ohio, before her 30 years in Atlanta, GA. In every state where she lived, she was buying and selling houses, "Beautifying America, One House at a Time".
Her background before full time real estate investing was both academic and corporate, so she brings a wealth of organizational and small business experience to her practical tips for investors on saving time & money. She moved to Atlanta as Southeastern Director of Sales and Marketing for the Bell & Howell Education Group, at that time the DeVry Institute of Technology. While in Atlanta Marge was privileged to be a Founding Member of the Atlanta Women's Network, and also served on the Boards of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Executives of Atlanta and the Women Business Owners of Atlanta.
After her house burned down in the early ‘80’s. she put that experience to use and became a full time real estate investor specializing in single-family home transactions. Yes, the “Rehab Queen”, after trial by fire! Her company bought, rehabbed, and sold homes while Marge provided consulting for other investors, with a motto of "I talk straight, no hype". This “no-nonsense” style reflects hundreds of deals acting as principal or consultant and she has shared this real estate expertise locally and nationally since 1988.
The development of educational programs and tools to help other investors started by teaching and entertaining students at GaReia and then speaking at investor forums and conferences. She was profiled in "Georgia Trend Magazine" for bringing single family home investing to the Atlanta area. She’s been featured at regional and national speaking events, with “Fix-Up America”, The Learning Annex , Ron LeGrand, GaREIA’s Southern Convention and Trade Shows and GaREIA’s “Diva Conference”, Suncoast REIA (SCREIA), TampaBay REIA (TBREIA), and REIA’s in Sarasota and the Miami area.

And now, Marge calls herself the "Florida Fractional Lady", with her vision of bringing “Smart Second Homes” with Fractional Ownership first to the beaches of West Florida and then wherever creative people at a destination location want to make the most of emerging real estate trends. In fact, she moved to Florida specifically to bring this vision of "Fractional Ownership" to life, and became a realtor purposely to be able to market the concept nationally and internationally.
