Currently CEO of AmeriHome Loan Corp. Not only offering the latest in financing options, but equity acceleration through United First Financial, Money Merge Account Program, and assisting clients with special needs through loan modifications, forbearance or a short sale. Knowledgable of Federal Program Guidelines, Making Home Affordable and Hope for Homeowners Programs. Involved in real estate sales, financing and acquisitions for over 20 years. Co-owner and president of a multiple office real estate brokerage, business acquisition firm, and real estate management service. Attained designation of "CMPS" Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.
While operating the real estate and business brokerage offices, additional property management was conducted in the employ as the Area Managing Broker for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Retaining the contract for the Federal Government, this encompassed the management of over 1500 Foreclosed properties at any given time in their inventory. Pricing of the properties, asset management for the local HUD office, and eventually assistance in the sale and liquidation of the properties. During this time, as a realtor, set a personal record of 144 closed sales and an office record of 500 closed transactions in a single year.
From 1990 through 1992 co-owned and operated 3 franchised offices “VR Business Brokers.” Specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions of small to large concerns. Maintained three offices in the Downtown Chicago business district and suburbs. Trained and motivated a sales force of 55 agents. Revenues were increased by 114% over a 36-month period.
Relocated to South Florida in 1992, and founded a family run company in the Wholesale Distribution Business for import and export throughout South Florida and South America. Sales grew from a modest $660,000 to over $3,600,000 in a short period. Sold company in 2001 to re-enter mortgage banking in addition to real estate acquisitions.
Managed and operated a Mortgage Banking Firm with offices in Illinois and South Florida. Added a highly profitable title insurance division in 2003. Bought out partners in 2004 retaining the Florida operation. Increased revenues by 39% in less than 24 months. Founded a separate marketing division and a community rewards program, assisting local non-for-profits with donations.
Repeated speaker at the Palm Beach County Housing Show; consulting and assisting homeowners in acquiring their first home. Panel Advisory Member for the FLREIA. Current panel expert at Wellington "911 Foreclosure Workshop".
Has personally amassed and managed a portfolio of 48 Single Family Properties. Due to such a significant portfolio before the age of 30; has been featured multiple times on T.V. Infomercial “Smart Investing” hosted by real estate entrepreneur “Carlton Sheets.”
